Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties (except for return shipping costs).

Returns & Refunds

To exercise this right, please contact us by email at [your email address], informing us of your decision to withdraw (optional template available for download). You then have 14 days to return the product(s) to us.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless otherwise stated.
We will refund the price of the product(s) as well as standard delivery costs (excluding express surcharge) within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product or proof of return.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Products manufactured according to your specifications (custom finishes, rare wood species, bespoke assemblies) are not subject to the right of withdrawal, except in case of defect or non-conformity.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity & Defects

In accordance with current regulations, you benefit from a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. In case of defect or non-conformity, you may request repair, replacement, or refund (or price reduction) as applicable.

Exclusions & Limitations

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been used improperly, damaged, or if the original packaging is destroyed, except in case of defect or hidden flaw.
For bulky goods, collection can be arranged via a carrier designated by us, at your expense (or shared if agreed).
