2. Products
The products sold on domeenfolie.com are custom-made artisanal creations, produced upon customer request.
Each lamp is designed according to the options chosen at the time of order (dimensions, cables, sockets, colors, etc.).
The photos on the website are the property of Dome en Folie, except for those from the supplier Creative Cables. They are non-contractual but accurately reflect the available materials.
3. Order
The customer selects the lamp options and confirms their order after checking their cart.
Any order placed implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
The publisher reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:
– a clear pricing error,
– fraud,
– technical impossibility to create the requested item.
4. Pricing
The prices indicated are in euros (€) and are exempt from VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
No delivery fees are currently applied: free delivery.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed during checkout.
The order is processed only after payment validation.
6. Manufacturing and Lead Times
As the creations are custom-made, the average manufacturing lead time is 4 weeks.
This period may vary depending on the complexity of the model or the volume of orders.
The customer will be informed in case of significant delay.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms (carrier, shipping method) will be specified later.
As of today:
– Free delivery
– Estimated lead times: 4 weeks + shipping time
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. No Right of Withdrawal – Custom-Made Products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
“manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.”
As the lamps sold are custom-made upon request, no returns or refunds are possible, except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity of the product received.
9. Returns and Claims
In case of a damaged or non-conforming product, the customer has 48 hours after receipt to report the issue by email to contact@domeenfolie.com
with supporting photos.
After analysis, an appropriate solution will be proposed (repair, replacement, or refund).
No returns will be accepted without prior contact with the seller.
10. Legal Warranties
Products benefit from legal warranties:
– Legal guarantee of conformity: Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code
– Warranty against hidden defects: Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code

12. Mediation
